What you are consenting to

You consent to Orbit Helm (a company being incorporated in England and Wales; its registration details will be added to this text once it is incorporated) sending commercial electronic messages containing news, campaigns, discounts and announcements about Orbit Helm apps to the email address registered to your account.

This consent covers promotional messages only. Sign-in codes, security alerts and mandatory notifications about your account are sent regardless of this consent.

How to withdraw your consent

• By turning off the switch on the Privacy and data page,
• Through the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every message,
• By writing to privacy@orbithelm.com.

Your withdrawal request is applied within 3 working days at the latest; withdrawing is free of charge and you do not need to give a reason.

Records

The dates on which you give and withdraw your consent are recorded. For recipients in Türkiye, consents are registered with the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi, İYS) before sending begins, in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the related regulation.
